 PartServe operates as a complete outsource for Epson Warranty in Southern Africa. Services include Helpdesk, Warranty exchanges, centralised product refurbishment, web services, onsite service provider management, training, parts storage and distribution.
| |  Lenovo has appointed PartServe to offer carry in warranty services throughout South Africa and Africa. Where PartServe does not have direct warranty representation a partner will be appointed to represent Lenovo in that region.

 Sony Computer entertainment Europe has appointed PartServe to do centralised refurbishment of all Sony Playstation consoles in Southern Africa. In conjunction with this Ster Kinekor has appointed PartServe to offer customer carry in exchange services.
