Large Format printer Onsite repairs
Partserve is the official repair agents Canon Large Format printer repairs. The customer can contact the helpdesk, who will try to assist the customer telephonically with the problem, should the query not be resolved telephonically the helpdesk will arrange an onsite engineer to the customer to assist.
Canon Consumer imaging product Exchange program
Partserve is an authorized service center for Canon warranty and out of warranty products. Proof of warranty needs to be brought with your warranty product to facilitate a warranty event. Certain Canon products fall under the exchange program, and will be exchanged will the customer waits to minimize downtime for the customer.
Spare parts warehousing and distribution
PartServe manages all Canon in and out of warranty spare parts requirements. All spare parts are bulk stocked centrally in the Johannesburg warehouse with small buffer stocks being held in the regions to facilitate day to day repairs
All parts stocking and usage is based on a 6 month average consumption
Customer update services, SMS , email and call centre
Partserve is an authorized service center for Canon warranty and out of warranty products. Proof of warranty needs to be brought with your warranty product to facilitate a warranty event.
Partserve does repair all out of warranty Canon products also, we offer competitive pricing on spares. Customers are updated regularly on the status of the job. Customers are updated via SMS and email, through our dedicated customer service team. The customer is updated from the time the unit is booked until the unit is ready for collection.
